This recipe makes 12 bars:
50 g of peeled oats
125 g Kanne Enzyme-Fermented Grain®
185 g Organic Kanne sugar beet syrup
0,1 l Kanne Bread Drink®
100 gs of spiny oat flakes
40 g ground hazelnuts
Cook the oats until soft. Mix Kanne Enzyme-Fermented Grain® with Organic Kanne sugar beet syrup and add the Kanne Bread Drink®. Fold in the boiled oats, 80 g oat flakes, ground hazelnuts and knead well. Form 12 bars from the mixture, roll in the remaining oat flakes and place on baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 180-200 °C for 12 - 15 minutes.
